A little about me

Real estate has been at the core of my endeavors for many years, which eventually led me to open this brokerage back in 1998. Prior to Washington Realty Group, I served as designated broker for Northwest Community Brokers. I’m proud to say that with my help, that company grew from having 3 people in the office to over 50.

Since starting my own company, I shifted my focus to helping people buy and sell individual homes, lots, and investment properties. I have successfully closed more than 2,000 transactions in the past 20 plus years. My extensive experience has expanded my abilities, from marketing homes to helping the public in purchasing their own slice of real estate. The most rewarding aspect of my role is witnessing improvements in my clients’ lives, personally and financially.

As a professional real estate broker, I have prioritized honesty, knowledge sharing, and working openly with reliable communication.

With my experience with the ERA Real Estate Franchise as a national real estate trainer, being an instructor for Pierce Community College, and a member of the board of Directors for both Pierce and King County Associations of Realtors. I’ve changed my personal focus on mentoring real estate agents and guiding them in the real estate industry.

Though the real estate industry is ever changing, some things remain the same. Seeing home ownership improving people’s lives personally and financially, whether that’s through me or someone I am mentoring, has and will always be the most rewarding aspect of my career.
