At the start of the 1990’s, China and India’s economies were not major contenders in the world’s top economies. After making changes in their governments and trading policies their economies have skyrocketed. The chart below shows the change in the top 10 global economies starting with 1970 projects to 2030. Even though the United States will hold the number one spot, China and India will be number 2 and 3 and all together will make up over 40% of the world’s GDP.
Investments from China and India in the United States are on the rise including real estate investments.
