After completing his degree from the University of Washington in 2002, Jason decided to continue the family tradition and become a fourth generation real estate agent.

He is the Designated Broker of SJC Management Group and specializes in residential Property Management and Real Sales, particularly for investment properties.  Jason has been a real estate agent for 19 years and has worked at SJC Management Group the entire time, building the company to 9 employees and currently managing over 450 investment properties.

Jason also works closely with the sales team on SJC Management Group’s sister company, Washington Realty Group which affords him the luxury of working with his Dad, Jim Clifford.

Jason is committed to his family and the community he grew up in and strives to treat all customers and clients as true friends and neighbors.
