About Christine T Rose
After growing up in a home with three abusers, Christine Rose crossed the country to complete her education, raised a family, engaged as a community volunteer, and had a successful career in business and nonprofit development. Christine is founder and CEO of Christine Rose Coaching & Consulting, a boutique coaching firm in the greater Seattle area dedicated to facilitating and accelerating transformation for individuals and organizations, helping business leaders grow their leadership skills, teams, and companies since 2015. Her passion is to bring the power of love to every encounter, to help people to create positive changes in their lives and in the world. Christine is a living witness to the power of coaching to bring transformation, inviting you to experience Life Beyond #Me Too by offering coaching (via her book or online) around the topic of sexual discrimination and violence to see the transformation in your life, in your organization, and in our world.
Ms. Rose is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed, Certified Psychological Safety Coach in partnership with The Fearless Organization and Noomii, a Taylor Protocols CVI™ Certified strategic growth coach to business leaders and executives from a variety of industries and NPOs, an inspirational speaker and author. She was honored by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) as Top Business Coach of 2019, and was voted Tacoma’s Top Small Businessperson for 2018 on Alignable.com.
A mom of two adult daughters, Christine is a member of ICF and Forbes Coaches Council, seen and heard on Forbes.com, National Business Radio, Public Affairs Radio with Gary Shipe (Hubbard Radio), ACC News Talk Radio, CUTV Global News Radio with Jim Masters and Doug Llewelyn, and is a popular guest on podcasts including Life Transformation Radio and That Special Touch of Excellence. Prior to founding Christine Rose Coaching & Consulting, Christine served as Development Director at Attain Housing.
A graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Business Administration and Coach U’s Advanced Corporate Coaching Program, Ms. Rose holds a Fundraising Management Certificate from the University of Washington. She’s served as a coach for ICF in the United Nations Ignite Global program coaching NPO executives, and is a board member (2020-2022) and satellite group facilitator for ICF Washington. Ms. Rose also serves on the boards of the global NPO Educational Communities Worldwide, Tacoma-based Urban Business Support, and on the advisory board of Attain Housing in King County.
While she’s not celebrating her clients’ transformations, and sometimes while she is, Christine loves the Seattle Seahawks, smooth jazz, reading, hiking the beautiful Pacific Northwest trails, live theatre, decaf coconut milk lattes, Washington wines, Seattle Chocolates and
travel.
