Hello! My name is Ashley and I am the owner of BadAsh Athletics. I’m an ACSM certified personal trainer that earned my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia in 2018.
While working towards my degree I worked in a gym run by the Kinesiology department that specialized in working with older adults focusing on individuals with aging concerns as well as those with medical conditions and physical limitations.
I have done in person training for 5 years as both a group class instructor and a one-on-one trainer. I have experience working with individuals of all calibers; healthy adults, older individuals (65+) with and without medical concerns or physical limitations. As well as special populations such as Autism.
