I absolutely love people & I have always been an advocate for owning property, so it gives me no greater joy than when I am able to walk a home buyer through their loan signing.
As a Notary, I decided to specialize in real estate loan signings. I do not notarize any other documents. I think it makes a huge difference in the type of experience a buyer and the real estate professionals have when closing on a home.
I believe it’s my job to create a warm and inviting loan signing free from stress and confusion. This should be a moment filled with joy for all involved!
After the signing, I package the documents & have them sent out immediately or I deliver them personally.
MY PROMISE…
Every loan signing I do is treated as my number one priority. I don’t move on to another loan signing unless I know everything was completed perfectly. In the event of any errors however, I will do whatever needs to be done to immediately correct the situation. You will never have to worry about receiving incomplete loan documents or loan documents done sloppily or incorrectly. Making sure you feel confident and informed every step of the way, is something I take very seriously.
