Serious Year End Goals

Buyers and Sellers during the Holidays are typically serious about their real estate plans. They have placed an emphasis on getting Real Estate closed prior to the New Year.

As a buyer, this means your typical seller is motivated especially if their home comes new to the market during the Holidays. This is a seller who doesn’t mind accommodating showings between all those fantastic Holiday Gatherings. The homes are also all dressed up really looking their best for all to enjoy. We’re talking family, friends and potential buyers so the home should be making a good impression. Quite frankly an organized, the clean and festive property is a delight to preview and everyone involved just makes their way into the Holiday Spirit.

Being a seller during the Holidays also offers some distinct advantages. Typically there is less available inventory as compared to the spring selling season. This means less competition when buyers are comparing your home to others. Also, buyers looking during the Holidays typically are very motivated. They are taking time away from friends and family to pursue their year-end Real Estate goals. This could mean fewer showings for sellers, but the buyers are motivated. The advantage of this is fewer interruptions for the seller while offering a higher quality buyer for those making showing appointments.

As an Agent, it’s truly a pleasure working with clients during the Holidays. There is plenty of Good Cheer to spread around and I always enjoy hearing those wonderful Christmas and Thanksgiving stories.

We can do this! If Real Estate is calling you it would be a pleasure working with you together.

All my Best,
Rick Jusenius

I began my Real Estate career in 1972 right after graduating from High School. Back in the day one could sell Real Estate using a temporary permit from the Department of Licensing and so began my six month experiment. After several years of being a machinist, sales, and a self employed General Contractor, my full time Real Estate career was launched in 1992. Being in a position to have a wealth of support staff, my attention has focused on my main goal of superior client services. We welcome the opportunity to provide you our very best.
